I think one of the points not mentioned here is that users should have been advised of this change in advance. I only found out by seeing the change when sending invoices. Posting advice on a blog after the fact is no good either - users should have been notified directly.

Hi 40176,
Has this resulted in three batches of payments in your Reckon One Transactions? Can you delete two of the payments that are unrelated to your current pay run?

I’d like to note that when I tried again, I was able to share without any problems. Could you check if attempting the share a second time makes any difference?
It seems that the error message doesn’t always appear for me.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with sharing files.
Just wanted to confirm that you are using Reckon Accounts Hosted and not Reckon Accounts Desktop?
Also if possible could you provide an image of the error. It would help me out loads.

@Zheng I suspected it would be this … You need to remove the 0.00 here:
This is the maximum number of hours an employee can accrue & … by having 0.00 entered there - it's currently set that they can't accrue any at all 😬
