The trick to downloading from MyFiles is to open the relevant folder (B) and click twice on the word Date Modified so it brings the latest file to the top. Tick the backup you want, then go to Actions - Download. This will download to your PC to your default downloads folder, then you simply copy or move it from there to your USB. I’m not sure what an ND file is but it is one of many created when opening a file - you don’t need to worry about it you only need the backup file

Thank you all for your help. I did come up with a solution that seems to work as a temporary measure. If I turn my VPN on, for some reason it does not drop out. If I turn the VPN off it goes back to dropping out constantly. Not sure why this should make a difference but it does. Thanks again all. Joanne

I have also started experiencing this problem, so I want to flag that it is not a one off… what has happened in the background that has caused this to become an issue when we have been running along sweetly. Please dont dismiss this as a one off with one person

the Summary is not correct - it also shows the higher amount. I can't log-in at the moment. I share the log-in with the owner, as I am only there once a week.

When I am logged in next I will make a screen shot of the history.

I just logged in myself to finish a few things off today and I got in straight away.

Maybe close it and go into the control panel to log off your sessions then try again
