I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues with emailing. We’re aware that Microsoft/Outlook made some changes that have caused the "Outlook/Hotmail" option to stop functioning, and we’re actively working on a fix.
In the meantime, if you have Outlook (classic), you might want to try adding your email there and selecting the Outlook provider option. That’s worked for me and a few others. If that doesn’t work for you, Gmail is still running smoothly if you’re okay with using it.
*Note the Outlook email provider option only seems to work with the older classic version and not the Outlook(new) version at this time. We are still working for a fix for this as well.

Reckon Accounts Hosted (RAH) & Reckon One (R1) are 2 completely separate programs.
Only the R1 platform can access R1 files (called "books") & only the RAH platform can access RAH company files. RAH company files can be shared with other RAH users but again, only via active RAH licences.
Personally, if your accountant doesn't even realise that, I wouldn't him fiddling around in it anyway! 😖🤦♀️ Instead, ask him specifically what he wants, then generate & provide this via (PDF) reports to him.

We have tried in two browsers, Firefox and Chrome and have also logged out and back in on both. Issue still occurring. Also have rebooted the whole computer. Having same issue on multiple pc's.
