I would like to set Holiday Salary up as a permanent item on a salary employee just to ensure I do not click on the incorrect payment type. When I add it it is putting in the entire salary amount. Is this something I can not do?

We tried Accounts Hosted a few years ago and had to change back to Desktop as there were significant delays when printing invoices and sales receipts. We would like to try Hosted again, but need to know if the delay has been fixed. Thanks

We are not receiving all emails from customers that have replied back to our quotes or invoices that have been sent out of Reckon. When we send the quote from Reckon, it comes from the accountshosted@reckon.com address, when the customer replies it comes back to our sales@domainname.co.nz address. Most replies we are not…
