My POS 2018 is coming up with the error modPOSSupport: Main 339 Component 'msflxgrd.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid Does anyone know what I can do?
Cloud POS - No receipt
- When creating a new Layby, can you receive a deposit payment in the same transaction? Or do you have to Tender the Layby Items & do a New transaction for the deposit payment?
Reckon POS database corruption and no solution available. No outcome for the first database corruption(Feb 19), new subscription was created and we now get double charged. Second database is now corrupted (June 19). Third database is now created and now we pay triple the price for one location.

I use Windows 10, and load CloudPos using Google Chrome. When I check out and hit "Charge and Print Receipt" the Print dialog box appears and requires me to hit Print again.
