- When creating a new Layby, can you receive a deposit payment in the same transaction?
Or do you  have to Tender the Layby Items & do a New transaction for the deposit payment?

    Hi Kim - you can receive the deposit in the same transaction but then the value of the layby that is recorded and showing in reports is reduced.. so best practice is to do a new transaction for the deposit after creating the original layby.
