POS database corruption! Cannot perform X nor Z reports and no support provided.

Reckon POS database corruption and no solution available. No outcome for the first database corruption(Feb 19), new subscription was created and we now get double charged.  Second database is now corrupted (June 19).  Third database is now created and now we pay triple the price for one location.

    That shouldnt be happening Michael - not sure who you have been dealing with... if you want to send me an email linda@abcomputing.com.au with your customer ID - I am happy to call Reckon and find out why you have been charged multiple times?  and perhaps you can provide a bit more info about your system configuration and the details of the errors?
