I have lost all the lines on an invoice on one of my computers. I have Premier Retail edition 2013.

    Hi Jane,

    Thank you for your question. 

    Most probably you have got a tick for "Do not print lines around each fields" for Tax Invoice printing setup which is causing this problem.

    To rectify, please do the following:

    1) Click File > Printer Setup... > Select Tax Invoice from Form name selection
    2) Un-tick "Do not print lines around each fields" (if it's ticked) and click OK
    3) Open up your Invoice and do a test print
    4) If this doesn't resolve, please change the template of your invoice to one of the default ones and try again to see if your template is faulty.
