Why doesn't the Cash Drawer open when using EFT Payment after reinstalling POS?

PC Crashed and had to re-install QuickBooks, Point Of Sale Administer & Point Of Sale Professional 2008/2009.

Everything seems fine except now the cash drawer does not open when completing a sale by EFTPOS.

It does with CASH. It does with CREDIT CARD.

From memory I had to tick a box somewhere for this function to work, but for the life of me, I cant find where to now.

HELP!!!!!

    That's right Andrew.

    Tick the Open the Cash Drawer option in the Tender EFT function key:
    Tools > Options > Keyboard > Design PC Keyboard Layout > Functions > Tender EFT.

    Hi there John,our drawer will not open at all. we are having to use the key. Too many transactions not going in properly. Please can you help us with the screen shot of what it should look like on the standard PC layout. Very annoying. Cheers Jann
