How to enter bills in one transaction on Reckon One

In the older quickbooks rather than double entry of bills we just went through banking-cheques and entered all our payments allocating them to account,job and class. It was so easy is there anyway you can do this? Credit cards had a direct entry as well

    Hi Craig,

    Welcome to the Reckon Community.

    Yes you can pay bills in one step in Reckon One.

    Select the Make a Payment option, untick the Debtors/Creditors box and tick Cash.  Now complete the details, selecting the account you are paying from, the supplier, and choose a payment method then complete the table.  

    Hope this method works for you.

    I have just loaded Trial Reckon One.  I want to enter bill payments in one transaction without entering the bill first ie. without going through Accounts Payable. Is this still possible?  I can't find option to untick the Debtors/Creditors box and tick Cash, as advised above.
