Having Problems

 Quickbooks Eaststart 2013 Today I wanted to load information into the files I last work on them 3rd October . Today I find the last entry is February 2015,

Hi Marilyn,

Can you confirm that you've accessed the correct file and/or you're looking at the correct accounts and date ranges within the file?

On the front of the computer where I have the icon for Quick book, when I clipped on this the date the last entry was for February 2015. I spent some time going around the computer and finally came across the last date in October when I work on the accounts. I have download Windows ten and it as different instruction- calling things apps to access the Quick books program. Any way no I have the latest information in the Icon as I call it when I look this morning, so hopefully it doesn't happen again when and update happens to the computer. Thank you for taking the time to contact me Marilyn
