DLL files required for installation

I have lost my Business program and data when my computer crashed. I have loaded 
2015 into my new computer. I require a dlls file to open a saved Qdata file on the desktop

I'd recommend performing a clean uninstall then reinstalling your 2015 version which is outlined in the second link just above.
