I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and am using Reckon Accounts Accounting Small Business Edition 2015. My problem is now it won't let me email invoices.
Error code: MAPI error code 00000000 (0) at line 921 in sendemail.cpp.
Before the upgrade I never had an issue. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi there Lisa,
Welcome to the Community,
There a few threads regarding that particular error message on the Community. At this stage Reckon Accounts 2015 is not fully compatible with Windows 10 so there may be errors such as this.
Firstly, could you let us know which email client you're using?
Cheers

Hi Rav, thank you for your reply. Yes I have seen those threads but unfortunately at this stage nothing I do seems to work. I'm using Windows Live mail. Lisa0

Hi Lisa,
Here are a few steps you could try:
Close Reckon Accounts and open the QBW.ini file located at C:\ProgramData\Intuit\Reckon Accounts 2015 with Notepad and add these 2 lines at the bottom:
[DEBUGGING]
SIMPLEMAPI=1
You should now open your Reckon Accounts in Run As Administrator mode - right-click your Reckon Accounts icon > Properties > Compatibility and tick the box Run this program as an Administrator.
Before emailing, open Windows Live Mail.
Hope this helps.
regards,
John

I had a similar problem when using Reckon with Outlook 10. I downloaded 'clickyes' free and this solves the problem. I now use gmail business - it is so much easlier with Reckon.0
