Reckon Accounts - Unrecoverable error 1365821780

Using Reckon Accounts Premier 2013 Desktop version - when logging in as Admin we are getting the following error - Reckon Accounts - Unrecoverable error 1365821780, and then the file aborts.
I can log in as another user who is not the administrator but when I go into the Memorised Transaction List this error occurs again. Have done a rebuild and managed to get in as a user and get into the Memorised transaction list and check all memorised transactions, non of them seem to be corrupt. When logging out again and then logging back in using the user credentials to log in not the admin, when accessing the Memorised Transaction list received the error again. I have downloaded the Quickbooks Company File Diagnostic Tool, this detected no problems with the company file. Have tried Solution renaming the .tlg file - still no use. Have done more rebuilds but still has not fixed the issue. I wanted to get into the file as the admin user so that I could export the memorised transaction list remove the transactions and import the file back in and then try and access the memorised transaction list and see if this removed the error, but cannot log into the file as Admin only as a user and you have to be in as Admin to export. Any ideas?

Sorry to hear you're having some trouble with this error. Which operating system are you using?
