My login ID and password are no longer working. How can I retrieve whatever the system has changed it to?

    Just wanted to clarify your query,
    Are you referring to the login ID and password for the Reckon Members site? http://members.reckon.com/Login.aspx

    Or do you have a password enabled on your file?
