Hi i am using windows server 2012 and outlook 2013, when i am trying to send mail i am getting the error " An internal error occurred while preparing you message. It has not been sent. (MAPI error code 00000000 (0) at line 483 in sendemail.cpp)" and i cant even convert to PDF and i am getting "error 30"

I know this might sound too simple/basic but could you please try opening Outlook before attempting to send your email -
