My computer died and I have bought a Windows 10 computer. Trying to install my software Reckon 2015 and it comes up with Error 1935. What am I to do ? Im desparate

    Hi Sharon,

    Where in the process do you encounter this error? 

    Try heading into Control Panel then Programs & Features > Turn Windows Features On or Off and ensure Microsoft .net Framwork 3.5.1 is ticked.

    Have tried that but it won't let me , comes up with another error message
