How do I save PDF invoice in colour?

How do I save my PDF invoices in colour? My company logo is in colour but when I save the pdf its black and white. I am using Accounts Pro 2014 Thanks,

    Hi Kristy.  When you select your PDF Printer, it should come up with a Printer Dialogue box, in which you select that printer. Adjacent to the selected name you should see an Options tab.  Click on that.  This should than potentially open up to your PDF Document Properties, much the same as if you clicked on the same option with your normal printer.  Potentially you should then see at the top, two tabs Layout and Paper/Quality.  Click on that second tab to change your Paper/Quality settings.  My guess is that when you do that, you will find that you have the default setting as Black & White instead of Colour.    John L G
