Export Detailed Supplier and Employee Lists

We need to export from Accounts Hosted (in CSV format) lists of supplier and employee details which include ALL their details, including their bank account details for EFT payments. The standard Supplier Contact List in Accounts Hosted with all fields ticked does not include bank account details. The standard Employee Contact List with all fields ticked does include the names of those fields, but when the report is exported the bank account details columns are blank except for the headings.

Hi Peter,

You need to login as admin and have the file in single user. Then go to File dropdown/utilities/export to iif file. select the list and this will create a file with all spuppliers including inactive. Download file to your computer. Open excel, then browse (set file type to all files) then open your.iif file (next next finish).

You can then modify and save it as a .csv or .xls ........

you can delete all heading rows up to the real heading row to enable sorting, finding etc - when you open the file you will understand what I mean

The export is designed not to show banking information due to security restrictions on banking data.

Refer to https://community.reckon.com/reckon/topics/supplier-bank-detail-list-report for a workaround to get the information out of Reckon.
