How do I reinstate a previously terminated employee?

Im using reckon Accounts and we have re employed a staff memeber who left 5 years ago. How do I remove the previous termination details?

Hi Melinda,
To reinstate the employee, head to your Employee List, tick the box Display Terminated Employees
Highlight the employee to reinstate and click on Wizard
For Termination Reason, select Returning to Company
Click Finish

I just have to place a correction from my previous post, the navigation path I outlined is actually the method to reinstate an employee within the Payroll Premier product rather than Accounts Business Range as indicated on this thread. Apologies for this oversight.
It'd be great if you could share the process you followed for the benefit of other members who find/follow this thread
