Installing Reckon 2016 onto windows 10 keeps saying I needed internet explorer! HELP

I have installed the Reckon 2016 and ready to use and it tells me I need to have internet explorer 6 or above.  So as windows 10 has Microsoft Edge  I cant actually install any explorer version as it tells me my system isn't  compatible,

    Hi Beth,

    Sorry to hear you've had some troubles with your new installation,

    Could you please try the following and let me know if there is any change for you?

    - Close Reckon Accounts

    - Control Panel > Program & Features > Turn Windows Features On or Off > Select Internet Explorer > Restart your PC

    - Open Reckon Accounts

    Let me know how you get on
