Payroll turned off?

Hi,
Reckon accounts 2014 - I have logged into reckon today and first off got this message: There appears to be a problem with your tax table. Payroll is now closed. Contact support with error TTF. I called and they said they cannot help me.
Now my payroll is turned off and when I go to; Preferences, Payroll & Employee, Company, Turn on full payroll nothing is happening? Please help!

We have a KB article below which gives some insight into this error and might help -
There appears to be a problem with your Tax Table ..... error code TTF
