Is there a priting problem? I'm running Reckon Accounts Hosted Edition 2016 and since last week when i go to print it wont generate the PDF to print?

I had a similar problem this week. I use Google Chrome though. I just hit ctrl P instead of hitting the print button directly,  and that made everything go back to normal. Hope this helps.

Thanks Shannon. I've logged in through Microsoft Edge and its printing fine. I might try that option in Internet Explorer.

I had the exact same problem yesterday.  I called the help line and was told to use Google Chrome (I was using Explorer at the time).  No problems using Google Chrome.
