Is your Bank Balance in Reckon One Correct?

At the end of each month after all of your data has been entered and your 'New Bank Transactions' have been matched, always check the balance of your bank Account. This can be done simply by entering the balance as per you bank statement for end of the last day of the month. (This section is surrounded by red in the attached image. The Balance difference should be $0, if it is not then something is wrong! You maybe missing transactions because you had transactions in excess of you data plan, or perhaps there have been transactions manually entered and reconciled incorrectly. The quality of the information you received from the software can only be as accurate as the information that you enter/Accept.
