set up an account that totals other accounts in Reckon one

I have two different types of Freight inwards Accounts. In account inquiries i can see both accounts, but i would like to see a total of both accounts. Is this possible and how do i do it? i am using Reckon One 2015

    Yes Kevin, its Reckon One. I bought it in 2015 and am still coming to grips with it

    sorry, I said initially that i have a few different freight accounts set up but it would be handy to have a total of those accounts separately. is this possible in Reckon One if so how?

    Hi Terry,

    Try this.

    1. View the 'Account Enquiry' report
    2. Click 'Show more options'
    3. Change the 'Accounts' option from 'All' to 'Selected' & select only the account(s) you want to report on
    4. Change the report period to 'All dates'
    5. Click the 'Refresh' button in the report

    You should see the balance of each selected account separately (not combined unfortunately).

    This report can be run on either cash or accrual basis.

    Thanks for that Qwerty. I also get to the accounts through Chart of Accounts, account name then view transactions, but again unfortunately i cannot combine two or more accounts. Small problem.
