Personal Plus 2017 stops working, not responding

Recently upgraded to Personal Plus 2017.  
Since installing it freezes or Stops Responding.
I have uninstalled and re-installed a few times with no success.
I have Windows 10 installed and all updates are current.

    Hi Stephen,

    Very sorry to hear that, which version did you upgrade from?

    Were there any symptoms such as what you've described previously?

    During your uninstall/reinstall troubleshooting, did you perform a 'clean' uninstall/reinstall on any of those occasions? If not, could you please try the process outlined here - http://kb.reckon.com.au/issue_view.asp?ID=4333

    Can't help mate, but the problems with this is getting beyond the joke. It's about ti,me they sat up and took us all seriously.

    No i did not have any symptoms previous to upgrading to 2017.

    My previous version was Personal Plus 2015

    I have followed the instructions explicitly from the link you have provided, I will let you know how things go in a few days.

    Ive followed the instructions that Rav has provided, hopefully this fixes the issue.

    Hello Rav,

    Unfortunately the issue still remains,  it is still randomly freezing/'Program Not Responding'.

    Very frustrating.

    Is there any 'Fixes'/updates available?
