Accrued Annual Leave

I am unable to change the weekly accrued annual leave to 2.92. How can I change it to hours accrued is 2.92 per week.

In Employee Centre, click on edit employee.
Change the top tab to payroll & compensation
Click on leave details
select holiday tab and put 2.92 in 'Hours accrued each pay' field

Another thing to watch out for is the Maximum Number of hours field - this defaults to 0.00, however it needs to be completely blank, otherwise the leave will not accrue.

Hi Julie A couple of other points. Firstly go to Edit, Preferences, click General, Company Preferences, Dot on decimal, Ok

When you make changes, until you have completed the next pay the changes do not show.

Suggest you do a dummy pay run for an employee and then check the accrual. You can then delete that pay run.
