Hi, I have taken on a new client who needs a BAS done from 2011/2012 and also ITR from 2010.  I had wanted to use Reckon one for this - but I don't seem able to set up an entity with transactions older than 2013 - is there a way around that?

    Hi Vicky,

    I'm sorry to say that 2013 is as far back as its possible to go with Reckon One.  We don't have a way around this unfortunately.   An alternative I can think of is Reckon Accounts (desktop version) or Reckon Accounts Hosted.  These programs allow you to go back as far as you need.
