Adjusting hours for final pay

Hello, how do i adjust salaried hours in the final pay if it is not the full pay period? In other words, not 76 hrs but only 52 hours.

    HI Julieanne.  In such circumstances, I find that the easiest way to cater for this is to use a different pay item for salaries - hourly.  That way you can use the same hourly rate and just pay for the 52 hours.  You will need to delete the salaries line.

    or simply over ride the salary amount ie salary / 76 * 52
