Reset Annual Leave Taken ?

Hello All,

I am using Reckon One and I am having trouble getting an employees Annual Leave Correct on their Pay Slip.
This is their second year with us, the annual leave taken reflects 2 years worth of annual leave however the accrual reflects only one years worth.
I have tried fiddling with different settings but I cannot get the leave taken to reduce to the leave taken this calendar year.
Can anyone help?

    Hi Gabrielle,

    Are you trying to have the leave reset annually so for example set 180 hours accrued per annum and then if the person has taken 80 hours, when the reset date is reached it goes to 180 again ?

    If so can you check that you have set the leave accural period to per annum. If this is is not what you are looking for can you please provide some more information around the error, potentially a screenshot and copy of payslip (with private details blacked out)
