Reckon personal 2017 installation

i am installing Reckon accounts software 2017 onto a new computer and it seems to have stalled after 80%installation what should I do it has been 30 minutes sitting in this position?

    Hi Phil, 
    Sorry to hear you are having issues with installation, if the installation do not finish for a long time, We would suggest for you to  restart the computer and turn off your antivirus and give it another try.
