how can i log in when im already logged in due to internet failure?

    Hi Peter,
    Welcome to the Community,

    You've tagged a few product categories in this thread but I assume you're referring to Reckon Accounts Hosted.

    Can I get you to head into the Hosted control panel and then log off any active sessions located under the 'Log Off Remote Sessions' area. Once you've done that, give it a few minutes and then try logging in again.

    You need to go into Control Panel and then go into user sessions and log out
