Hi Reckon guru

If i cancel the subscription,can i still access the existing back file?

You will not be able to, but your accountant / accredited partner would be able to assuming they keep their registration open. SO: Make sure you create a back up of your file to the B drive on Hosted. Then download that back-up to your system. (You should have regularly been backing up to B drive anyway!). Prior to ceasing registration, download and install / register your single user enterprise version of the software - which you are entitled to with the Hosted registration. You can then restore your file from the online B drive to your own computer as a reference file (not for use) going forward....
