banklink - A client has reachaed his banklink transaction limit.

Banklink - A client has reached his banklink transaction limit. They updated to the next level. There appears to be a period until new limit is activited. What is easiest way to determine which transactions are missing? I suspect those missing, then need to be downloaded for manual importing ?

    Hello David,

    BankData allowances should update the minute you pay for an upgrade.  It appears there has been a failure to do so on this occasion.  Please email the details of the Book to bankdata@reckon.com to have the allowance adjusted for your upgrade.
