We have just changed the bank account within Reckon for where our payroll comes from to make tracking easier. Now the YTD figures on all payslips have reset. Any ideas why and how to fix this?

Ok, firstly this should not happen if you are only changing bank accounts.
Are you tracking payroll through a payroll clearing account, this is the best way to go!.
Try verifying and rebuilding your file, if this doesn't work it is tech support, do you have backup? Is it on or off the cloud?0 -
That's what we did, set up a clearing account which is still technically the same bank account.
We back up to the cloud. I'll try the verify and rebuild and let you know how it goes.

I had a client with the same issue, they did a rebuild, created & restored a portable file as did I to no avail however I turned off payroll under preferences shut down re-opened the file turned reactivated payroll and all was good.
NB Always create a backup prior to testing anything new or unusual.
