Import QBO files

I have downloaded a QBO file from my bank and found it using Explorer.  However, when I click to open the file, nothing happens.  Any ideas?

    You need to import the file, not open it. Happy to help

    Hi Linda, 
    As Kevin mentioned, you need 1st upload this QBO file to your Q drive, and in the Reckon hosted, under file go to utilities and go to import and chose to import web connect file.
