How do I enter multiple dates of service per customer and then invoice on a monthly basis?

Just wondering the best way to enter multiple dates of service per customer and then invoice on a monthly basis? I don’t want to send an invoice each week, just a monthly invoice.

    It works for me to simply enter different service dates in different rows on the invoice - by using the "Add new row" button.  The service date can be months different from the invoice date.
