Hi there, I am receiving the message; 'QuickBooks has encountered a problem and needs to close' - any ideas on how to get back into my quickbooks file?? Thanks in anticipation, Helen

What action or function are you performing when you encounter this error message?

Which version of Reckon Accounts are you using and what operating system are you running?
Have there been any changes to your operating environment since the last time you were able to use the program successfully eg. Windows updates, antivirus updates etc.
