system is stalled emailing remittance advices. what id the best way to stop the process or what? i dont know

Hi Peter, thanks for reaching out to us.

This happens because an email window is open in the background, by pressing Alt+PageUP that window would come up and you can continue sending emails.

Please follow below mentioned steps to log off the session if the screen is stuck.

• Go to the login page > Enter your user name and password.
• Click on Control panel > Under system maintenance at the bottom > Click on logoff remote session.
  
• In the next page click on logoff session.
