Quicken Personal Plus 2009 Error Code 7139

Opened up Quicken this morning and it prompted me to open up a new file which was a big surprise. I located my file and all looked ok but then I got a dll error and then an error code 7139. Anyone have any ideas what the heck this means?imageimage

    Hi Warren, 
    Which operating system are you running your 2009 Personal Plus version on?

    Have there been any recent changes to your operating environment since the last time you were able to open your file? ie. Windows updates, anti-virus updates etc

    Hi Rav,

    I'm using Windows 10. I haven't changed anything actually. What I did discover was by opening up a backed up version I was able to restore the data file. However, for some very odd reason whenever I move the data file to the default Quicken data file location, that error comes up. So what I do is put it into another folder. Very strange.
