Having issues loading Reckon Enterprise Edition 2017 on windows 10 platform. Option to choose"Profes

We are having issues loading Reckon Enterprise Edition 2017 on a windows 10 platform. The option to be able to select "Professional Services Edition" does not come up. Can anyone please help?

    Hi Trixie,

    Have you already proceeded with the installation? The selection usually comes up toward the start of the installation process itself. Have you already completed this?

    Yes we have proceeded with the installation and nothing came up along the way.  We have had this issue previously (last year) and our IT guy called your help desk at that time they said we had to load two registration entries: 
    QuickbooksCommon.reg 
    and
    QuickbooksRegistration.reg

    This has worked for about 4 installations (where the ability to select Professional Services edition" has happened) but for some reason it isn't working this time.  This computer has just been reformated, by the company that sold it to us, due to issues with some other software. 

    We had Reckon loaded on it previously, which had loaded as it should using the registration entries - but everything was removed with the reformatting.  Would this have any bearing on why it wont load properly now?

    Hi Trixie,

    Sorry to hear the re-install did not work for you.

    Please look at this note and follow Workaround 2 to manually adjust the registry.

    Hello Trixie,

    You are entitled to free phone support so please have Mark call Technical Support at his convenience.  For the time being waiting times for Enterprise are at most 5 minutes.
