ASB bank feed not working.

We have has some tranactions through but not all. Do I load them manually or can I upload a csv for the missing transactions.

    Welcome to the Reckon Community, Lee-Anne.

    Check the look-back range over which transactions are being downloaded - go to the cogwheel > Settings > General > Book Settings, and in the BankData retrieve last field, ensure the number there (1 - 365) will capture transactions for as far back as you wish and are able to download.

    If that has not resolved the issue then please email the bankdata team directly on bankdata@reckon.com with a description of what you are doing, what is not happening and any relevant screenshots.
