Client has shared file with me, can see the file in the drop down box but there is no 'open' tab

    Do you get an invite to the file? Didn't receive email.

    Hi Helen,
    Are you able to see the file in the 'Shared with Me' tab in the Reckon Portal? Are you able to launch it from there?

    No I can't, it is in the dropped down box, but when I go to shared with me it is not there.
