Reckon Personal Plus 2016 not updating share prices

I am using Reckon Personal Plus 2016 and it has not been updating Australian share prices since 5 June 2018. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Unfortunately there does seem to be an issue affecting 2016 editions only in obtaining share price downloads since last week.
