I have the same problem with my EOFY payment summaries to my payroll totals Reports, most of them i had to refresh all payslips for all employees, but there is just employee that I have refreshed twice, and still a different amount.

Hi Lou and Karina. What you seem to be referring to is the Reportable Employee Super Contribution. If so, go to the following Knowledgebase site to refer to the action that you need to correct the error - it is relatively straight forward - try Option 2. This problem probably tends to rear its head at the end of the year for an odd employee. I have had to correct it on more than one occasion in the past. By following these instructions, you can determine which pay the problem has occurred in.
