Reckon Accounts Personal Plus - share prices are 0 (missing)

I use the share price update everyday - this morning all prices have become Zero ($0).
What has happened to the prices?

    mine also havent been able to update for 2 plus days, does anyone know why? need this info for my year end tax ...

    Hi Shelley and Janet,

    We just tested out share price downloads via Reckon Personal Plus 2018 this morning and was all ok on that test.

    Which program version and edition are you using? Have there been any changes eg. updates, reinstallation etc that have occurred recently since the last time you were able to download share prices correctly?

    I am using Personal Plus 2017, no I haven't had any updates or issues until the last 2 days, now can't update, have just tried again and not updated!
