Reckon software is unable to communicate with company file

We have installed the 2018 Premier edition on our server and all seems good until we try and open 1 of the multi users data file on another PC. Same information provided as last year when this happened but nothing is working this year from the help menu.

Hi Kylie,
Ensure you scan for the files on the server under the Reckon Accounts Data Server Manager, you also may need to add the exceptions to the firewall. UDP and TCP incoming and outgoings this years release is 10181
