How do I update inventory

I have a list of seven thousand items and I need to import quantities into Reckon Hosted. What's the easiest way to do this?

    Kevin, talk to me , we can look into it, send me the excel , I will test it for you.
    right now we are doing for another client bulk SO, items, Invoice and bills from old filled up files to new file

    does Zed intergrates to RAH,  Trans PRO US  App  Does not either with RAH.
    May have to bring the file down to desktop as an option.
