Prevent imports creating accounts

Within Reckon Hosted, we use imports (IIF) frequently to save time, but if there is any deviation between the account name used and the way it is saved in the Chart of Accounts then the result is new codes created in the COA. Is there any way to prevent this / turn it off (like the Modify permissions on COA by user) so that we can catch and correct such errors rather than having to review the COA list every time?

Seems absurd when they can do it on the Names range. Or that accounts do not create with numbers when is it configured to have them. Any way then perhaps to reference the account number rather than name as a more reliable option?
