service dates on invoice

I want to have service dates on my invoices as entered in timesheets. I have the Medium invoices module and have activated Service dates through settings, but the date column on the invoice is blank. I assumed service dates would be picked up from timesheet entries, so what am i doing wrong?

    Did you have any luck with this James?
